I strained a muscle in my lower back. I couldn't even bend over to tie my shoes for 7 days, so I decided to get some physical therapy and found Form Recovery. Really nice facilites, very professional, thorough examination before starting therapy with Sutee/Jeng. I received massage, ultra sound and lazer treatment. He also provided some at home movements to perform to assist with the recovery. I only had 3 sessions because I was leaving Bangkok. But I feel much better, and my 18 hour flight home should be a lot more comfortable. I highly recommend Form Recovery. StuartPosted on Google

I visited Form Recovery for a consultation after experiencing problems with my neck, left shoulder and upper back for the past two months. I reached out to them online with a brief summary of my issues and they arranged an appointment for me quickly and effortlessly. I was assigned to Khun Panicha (Lucky), who was extremely thorough and attentive throughout the session. She started with a proper assessment of my movements and symptoms, followed by a detailed explanation of what might be causing my discomfort. This was followed by therapy and a series of exercises to help with my recovery and prevent the problem from recurring. Khun Lucky was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly, demonstrate each exercise and guide me through a full workout to ensure I understood the correct techniques. This approach was particularly helpful. The premises are very clean and well-maintained with several consultation rooms and a spacious rehabilitation and exercise area equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment. The reception staff are equally impressive - polite, friendly and always willing to help or answer any questions. Form Recovery also offers a range of other therapies including acupuncture, acupressure, lymphatic drainage and traditional Thai and Chinese treatments. Communication is excellent too with prompt responses whenever you have questions. All in all, this was a great experience. Professional care, a welcoming environment and genuinely attentive service. After my total knee replacement surgery, I wanted to improve my knee flexion and mobility so I could return to the active lifestyle I love—playing pickleball at a highly competitive tournament level and continuing my Muay Thai training. Khun Pai took the time to understand my specific goals and worked with me to improve my flexibility, movement, and confidence. My massage therapist I forgot his name but really friendly guy. He checked in about my pressure and focused on the exact knots in my upper back and calves. Pai is amazing, he helped me with a very holistic treatment starting from thorough diagnostics, to em and massage relaxation, plus fascia, heat, and rehab exercises. Charles Shavitz43 days agoI went to Form Recovery and Wellness due to severe shoulder pain caused by overwork and strain while lifting weights. Since I wouldn’t be back home in Australia for six weeks, I needed proper treatment here in Bangkok. After noticing Form’s sign on Soi 20 (my wife and I are staying on Soi 22) and reading many positive reviews, I booked an appointment. I was treated by Khun Aun on three separate occasions, and each time she was thorough, professional, and—equally importantly—genuinely caring. Khun Aun consistently checked whether I was feeling any pain as she worked, and her attention to detail was exceptional. The post‑treatment exercises Khun Aun assigned were sent to me via WhatsApp, making it easy for me to do them properly at the gym at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park. Thanks to Khun Aun, I am now pain‑free. I’ve been to numerous physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics back home in Australia, and I can honestly say the treatment and service I received at Form were among the best I’ve ever experienced. I visited it a few weeks ago and got first session which included cupping, i started to feel sick and pain appeared in my neck and hand. After that later i catched a cold! I got full refund for this session from CEO Rikhi, plus some extra sessions for free trial. Overall, I took 5 sessions, but we didn't do any physical strength exercises to eliminate pain in the body, so pain in my neck elevated and I feel worse than before. Unfortunately, was not useful for fixing my issue, neither for relaxation, nor for learning tools how to eliminate pain with exercises etc. There is a "gym" in every Form I visited, but we didn't practice there for some reason. That is a pitty. There were 0 results for me unfortunately, and there were no photos or reports being provided to me (though they promised to send from different sessions). Hope other customers will be more happy with good results. Management was polite, friendly, and trying to help me in every way, which is appreciated a lot. Should choose phisiotherapist carefully, they all have very different skills (none helped me though).Posted on Google

The physiotherapist was professional, friendly, and took the time to properly assess my condition before starting the treatment. The session was well explained throughout, and I felt that the treatment was tailored to my needs rather than being a 'one size fits all'. I also received useful advice and exercises to help improve my condition going forward. Very happy with the service and the overall experience. Sippakorn Chongchuwanich59 days agoI came here due to a sudden lower back pain that dropped me to the floor for over 2 hours before I could gingerly move again (and even then only with painkillers and back support harness). I also had pain and discomfort in my knees and legs from sports and activities. Unlike the sudden back pain, the pain in my knees and legs had gradually developed over the years, and has gotten so much worse recently that I took these as a sign to finally seek professional help, rather simply coping through OTC medication and rest. After consultation, I was informed by K.Boss, my physiotherapist, that the pain comes from chronic back injury from basketball in high school, 15+ years ago. The injury had been affecting my spine, posture, gait, and balance, and further negatively impacted my back, hip, knees, legs and feet, which can result in further complications in the long run. The treatments I received have truly changed my life for the better. The therapists (K.Boss, my physiotherapist, K.Yu, my TCM therapist and acupuncturist, and K.Min and K.Tarat) are very friendly, polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and capable. Likewise, the front desk is very polite, friendly, helpful and accommodating, and can communicate in both Thai and English. It is also very easy to get in touch with them to make an appointment and/or adjustment to your booking via Line and phone call, and all documents can be sent to email. The clinic is very clean, calming and peaceful, and well-equipped for wide range of treatment options. My recovery plan was tailored to my needs and conditions, from the consultation to determine the causes of specific issues, to the options of treatment, as well as each physiotherapy exercise. Personally, I was prepared for the fact that my recovery would not be painless and require time, effort and commitment. Therefore, I’m truly thankful that my therapists have strived to ensure that my recovery is as comfortable and painless as possible. While I still have not fully completed my treatment, it still allows me even now to slowly and gradually return to activities I enjoy. After 2.5 months, my back is now pretty much pain-free, my posture and gait have visibly improved, and the pain and tightness in my back, hip, and legs have improved so much I rarely and barely feel the discomfort anymore. The treatment and physical improvement also incentivize and make it easier for me to return to, and maintain, a healthier lifestyle. I am also relying less and less on painkillers and medication for pain management. I previously could not understand what it means to be “pain-free” after having spent half of my life with bouts of random/growing pains, nagging tightness, and cycle of recurring injuries. Not until now; I’ve never had a point of reference for what a functionally healthy body should feel like. I thought the tightness and pain I felt were normal results of my banged up body getting older. That my repeated injuries were me being careless, even when I did not suffer any injury during my sporting activities. And for these reasons, I am both fully satisfied and grateful for the treatment I have been receiving and I thank the entire team at Form Recovery for making my recovery possible.Posted on Google

I went again for a second follow up appointment, and after a quick check, my therapist Boss told me that I was fine. I didn't need any other treatment, and they didn't charge anything. Maria R82 days agoTCM has been one of my go-to modalities that I use to support my overall holistic health with specific ongoing symptoms of chronic fatigue, back pain and anxiety that have been off and on for the past few years. aries0406124 days agoI tried TCM for the first time here and it has worked wonders for my knee and hip pain and tight shoulders. The consultation was very thorough and the TCM doctor took the time to understand my condition and pain points before suggesting the treatment plan. I had pre-paid a treatment plan through Klook and they were kind enough to allow modifications to the plan to best suit my condition based on the consultation. I had acupuncture and cupping done. Both treatments were effective and especially the acupuncture to my knees and hip has really helped alleviate the pain I have felt for years! Many other clinics seemed to rely on standardized treatment plans and recommended large prepaid packages of visits. My experience with Folk and Aunchaporn has been excellent. Tico Tico137 days agoHad a terrible neck injury from Thai massage yanking on my neck - I couldn't move around without a neck brace for two days. Dr Yu used acupuncture to get me out of my neck brace. The follow on acupuncture and cupping session got me mostly out of pain. Very competent practitioner and good communication. I have had a great recovery and I stayed for 2 months in Bangkok to get treated and nowhere I could find a diagnosis of my problem but Khun Lucky diagnosed me perfectly and I am able to resume my daily activities now with full confidence. The therapists listen to you and treat you with best of their knowledge. Aun the physiotherapist who takes care of me, and Yu, the TMC doctor, are absolute GEMS, efficient, friendly, competent. They explain with precision, empathy and clearly what they are doing, their effect. Aun hurts a lot (just kidding), but in such a good way that you feel the result almost instantly. I can highly recommend the place, I'm extending my stay for probably 3 more weeks, to be sure to have at least 6-8 more sessions and get back on track stronger, and fit.Posted on Google

As a result, within just three days, a long-standing issue I had struggled with began to improve dramatically. With additional support from things like enzyme baths and contrast bathing, my body has changed significantly for the better. Dancing, which is the most important part of my work, has also improved greatly in a short period thanks to this synergy. I feel that my posture and overall appearance have improved as well. Within just 1 week of a combined treatment of acupuncture and physiotherapy I am almost pain free and have gained back at least 50% mobility. Great team effort! LOVED199 days agoAfter several hours of traveling from the US, the day prior, my legs were swollen and red. I scheduled a lymphatic massage in hopes to relieve some of the inflammation. The greatest part about Form, is that they started with a consultation. After they accessed my condition, it was determined that I would need more than they could provide. They helped me get the medical attention that I needed. After two days in the hospital, I'm happy I came here. She guided me through the exercises, and did short VDO recordings of me doing the exercises and her explanations. Post my class, she sent me a schedule of what I was supposed to do at home, along with a VDO link of some stretches. I had been struggling with serious digestive issues for a long time, especially very slow bowel movements and chronic constipation. Sometimes I could go an entire week without going to the bathroom. However, after receiving acupuncture treatment from the doctor and working with the physiotherapist, the pain noticeably decreased following the sessions. From the front desk, the service is very welcoming, so you feel comfortable right away. The therapist really knows what they’re doing - they identified the tight areas from playing sports and worked on them with the right pressure, deep but not overly painful. The physio knew and explained all the issues really clearly and gave a approximate timeline to recovery as well as stretches and movements to fix the root cause of the issue. Mat249 days agoI'm currently working with Dr. K the physiotherapist at Form. Prior to this I have been suffering from lower back pain for well over a year and it has been debilitating, I stopped exercising, going gym etc and I've been so down. After working with Doctor K for just a short time im seeing amazing results and am starting to be able to do things again I haven't done in a long time. I tried a couple of big hospitals before this in Bangkok with no results, but I genuinely feel so much better now. The exercises im doing every week are targeting the exact problems im having. The consultation and treatment were done in the same session, which I appreciated, and the approach felt thorough and professional rather than rushed. After just one treatment I felt around 70% improvement, which exceeded my expectations. Jetam did an excellent job, and I also appreciated the follow-up care, including the clear and helpful exercise videos that were sent afterwards. I wanted to book a second session before returning to the UK but struggled for time. That said, based on this experience, I would not hesitate to return when I am back in Bangkok and will confidently recommend the clinic to friends and family who may need treatment.
