Dry Needling in Bangkok
Get rid of tight knots and muscle pain and speed up your recovery process
Imagine how tired your arm muscles would be if you were carrying around a heavy weight all day… That’s exactly what the muscles around your neck, shoulders, and back do all day long!
In fact, common complaints of muscle tightness and a lack of flexibility can usually be traced back to deep muscle knots called myofascial trigger points. This highly sensitive area occurs in certain muscle groups and they can feel hard to the touch almost like bone but they are also trigger points for pain.
Your muscles are unable to relax because these knots refuse to budge and they cause muscle fatigue and spasms that are painful and irritating but completely avoidable.
One way to relieve these knots and accelerate healing in these areas is through Dry Needling. When a dry needle is inserted into the trigger point, it allows the muscle knots to relax and helps restore normal blood flow to the area, which brings oxygen and cells that help with tissue healing and repair.
Form Recovery & Wellness’ Dry Needling experts are fully certified Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapists that have used this technique to effectively reduce muscle pain and irritation while restoring normal blood flow to affected areas, which leads to accelerating the tissue healing and repair process.
If regular massages aren’t working for you and your stiff muscles are preventing you from making gains at the gym or playing the sport you love, then Dry Needling can accelerate the tissue recovery you need to get back on track.

Learn more about dry needling
Most people do not feel the insertion of the needle, save for a few that experience a small “local twitch response” that is a very brief reaction to the needle hitting the knot or trigger point perfectly. In just a few sessions, our Dry Needling clients generally experience a reduction in pain, increase in flexibility and a reduction in chronic muscle spasms.
Dry Needling uses needles to penetrate the skin and target your trigger points or treat the areas around them. As the name implies, these monofilament needles are not covered with any substances nor do they inject anything into the muscle; simply put these needles end up decreasing muscle tightness, increasing blood flow and reducing pain in the area.
Acupuncture and Dry Needling both use needles or filaments to treat patients but that’s where the similarities end. Acupuncture is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been refined through centuries of tradition. Acupuncture treats conditions based on blockages of “qi” or the energy flow in the body. It is used to treat muscle pain but treats many other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and so on.
Yes, we only use sterile and single use needles.
