'The pain is completely gone'
Knee Pain |
I AM SO GRATEFUL! I’ve been dragging an injury in my knee cap due to too much running for over 2 years. Within 4 sessions at Form Physio and Rehab the pain is completely gone, and I’m even able to slowly start to run again. The atmosphere is fantastic. My physiotherapist is awesome. Very knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions (which at many). If you need to fix your body and learn how to train properly, this is the place for you.

Back Pain |
Quadratus lumborum strain
I could barely walk without experiencing pain and after 6 weeks, I was able to do more than I could have imagined. The level of care is outstanding and the knowledge the physios possess is great. I would definitely recommend Form to anyone who would like to experience holistic care from an expert team.

'I feel so incredibly lucky to have found such professional, knowledgeable and committed physio'
Back Pain
I have been working with Khun Mint, my physio since arriving in Bangkok - as someone who has suffered from chronic pains/fibromyalgia for as long as I can remember, having worked with many different physios in the UK and Switzerland, I can tell good physios immediately. And with Khun Mint, I have been so impressed with the mastery of knowledge and technique. Every different type of problems I have had (neck, back, hands, arms, posture, post partum/c-section, etc) she has always known exactly what to do, and the results were immediate. I started working with her on a regular basis because I knew I couldn't do it alone, and she has exceeded all expectations. I now have a completely different understanding of how I use my muscles (mostly the wrong ones to compensate weaknesses in other areas), my (mis)alignment, as well as working on strengthening those muscles and it has really helped with my pains - where I am no longer managing my pains but really eliminating the root causes bit by bit. It has been one of the best things I have discovered in Bangkok and I feel so incredibly lucky to have found such professional, knowledgeable and committed physio here- thank you.

Have a question?

Learn more about Physiotherapy

This is the most common question we hear! Luckily, it’s the easiest one to answer: if you’re in pain due to any of the following problems, then YES, you can be very confident that physical therapy is right for you.

  • Back pain and stiffness
  • Neck pain and stiffness
  • Shoulder muscle tension and tightness
  • Pain and pins and needles in your leg
  • Sports Injury
  • Ankle or Knee injury
  • Pre and post-operative
  • ACL rehabilitation
  • Pain in hamstring, calf, groin muscles or the achilles tendon
  • Pain underneath your foot
  • Pain in your lower back when you sit or stand for even short periods of time
  • Pain and stiffness in your back when you put on your socks and shoes

That answer is always dependent upon the nature of your injury. Our aim is to return you to full fitness as quickly and as safely as possible. Once you have completed your initial consultation, your physical therapist will get you started on the road to recovery with a customised treatment plan. An acute/early phase injury may only require a few visits in a short period of time. On the other hand, a more chronic injury may require more visits in order to progress an exercise programme to help you self-manage your injury. Either way, we’ll have a clearer answer for you after your initial free consultation.

Here is a list of the common injuries that we treat:

BACK

  • Disc prolapse/herniated disc/slipped disc/bulging disc
  • Sacroiliac joint pain and stiffness
  • Sciatica
  • Spinal Stenosis
  • Weak core stability

NECK / SHOULDER

  • Disc prolapse/herniated disc/slipped disc/bulging disc
  • Impingement Syndrome
  • Muscle spasm and tension
  • Neck Spondylosis (degeneration)
  • Rotator Cuff tear

ANKLE AND KNEE

  • Achilles tendon
  • Ankle Sprain
  • Knee Cartilage
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Pre-surgery knee rehab
  • Post-surgery knee rehab

SPORTS INJURY / MUSCLES

  • Achilles tendonitis
  • Calf strain
  • Groin strain
  • Hamstring strain
  • Shoulder muscle tear

If your injury isn’t on the list, that doesn’t mean we don’t treat it—it just means we haven’t put it on the website. We’d love to meet with you and talk about your situation.

Our initial consultation is approximately 30 minutes and then every physiotherapy session after that is usually 30 minutes or 60 minutes long.
