Tarat earned her Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Huachiew Chalermprakiet University and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018 . She is passionate about Traditional Chinese Medicine and holistic approaches to healthcare that help people maintain their health and wellbeing.
She primarily works with office workers and adults aged 50 and above. Her areas of treatment include pain affecting the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, back, hips, and knees, as well as headaches, numbness, stress related concerns, and hormonal health.
Tarat has a particular interest in digestive health, including irritable bowel syndrome, chronic abdominal bloating, and acid reflux. She also provides acupuncture to support relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, sleep disorders and insomnia.
She believes that the body, mind, emotions, and daily life are closely connected. As a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, she takes a holistic approach to each patient, considering their symptoms, lifestyle, and overall health when planning treatment.
For her, being a good practitioner is not only about treating symptoms, but also about listening to her patients, understanding their concerns, and supporting them throughout their treatment.
Outside the clinic, Tarat enjoys meditation, drawing, reading, listening to music and learning new things. She also enjoys visiting temples, cafés, and art galleries, spending time in nature, and learning about cultures.
