Approaching from the Phrom Phong area, we recommend going through Soi 39. When you enter Soi 39, go straight for about 500m and turn right at Phrom Mit Alley. Keep going straight down the road and you will be forced to take a right turn followed by a left turn. At the end of this soi, you will see a Starbucks on your left. Turn left into Soi 49 then keep going straight for about 1km till you reach Soi 49/14. Turn right into Soi 49/14, make the first left into the small soi where you will see Form Physio and Rehab on your left. Turn into the house to park your car.

Approaching from Thonglor road, go straight into Thonglor and then turn left into Thonglor Soi 13. At the end of Soi 13, turn right and go straight for about 700m till you reach Soi 49/14. Turn right into Soi 49/14, make the first left into the small soi where you will see Form Physio and Rehab on your left. Turn into the house to park your car.
